Salt & Time Oskar Blues Beer Dinner

Salt & Time has teamed up with Colorado brewpub Oskar Blues for a beer dinner on Wednesday. Credited with helping put craft beers on the map, Oskar Blues also played a formative role in honing the culinary chops of Salt & Time’s owner Josh Jones, one of the brewpubs first employees. With Salt & Time now one of the most popular new spots in Austin, its only fitting Jones tapped Oskar Blues for this one-time event. The evening’s offerings, found here, will play homage to Oskar Blues’ original brewpub menu. The multicourse dinner and beer pairing costs $60/per person (plus taxes and fees). Space is limited so be sure to make reservations quickly!

Salt & Time Oskar Blues Beer Dinner will kick off at 6pm at Salt & Time’s east side store front (1912 East 7th Street).
