Closings
Rosewood’s La Sombra closed its doors on New Year’s Day to change directions and reopen mid January. The South American eatery will rebrand itself as an Italian wine bar and kitchen named Gusto. La Sombra’s former head chef Julio-Cesar Florez will remain onboard once reopened. Additionally, management plans to reopen La Sombra in a yet to be released location sometime this year.
McCormick and Schmick’s has closed its downtown doors. The seafood restaurant and happy hour location still has one location in the Domain.
