Sunday, July 21: Slow Food Austin “Grub Trivia”

Slow Food Austin will host their annual foodie trivia throwdown on Sunday, July 21 from 12-4pm at the Shoal Crossing Event Center. During the event, 30 teams of area chefs, culinary know-it-alls, and artisans will test their knowledge of all things food while snacking on bites courtesy of Austin’s best restaurants. At halftime, Salt and Time will take to the mainstage for a hog butchering demo followed by a live auction of the top cuts. More information about the event can be found here. Tickets for Grub Trivia are $20 members/$25 non-members and available here.
