Texas Craft Beer Fest

 Friday, September 27

Noble Sandwich Co. Monthly Dinner – Friday, September 27 8pm at 11815 620 N. Suite 4, Austin, TX 78750

Noble Sandwich Co. will host its monthly dinner series this Friday night with a four-course menu boasting dishes such as short rib confit and pickled mushrooms with poached duck egg. All ‘Bad’ Things Must Come to Party – BC Smoke Shop/The North Door 10pm-2am at 502 Brushy Street, Austin TX 78702

BC Smoke Shop will host a Breaking Bad tribute party at The North Door in advance of Sunday’s finale. The All ‘Bad’ Things Must Come to Party will feature Djs Polymyth and Pharo spinning music from the series, contests, pizza, and more. Tickets to the event, available here, are $3 advance/$5 door. Searsucker Chef Brian Malarkey is celebrating his birthday this Friday night with late night drink specials such as $3 beers and $5 cocktails as well as discounted small plates after 10pm. In addition, show him some b-day love and enjoy a complimentary champagne toast!

Texas Craft Brewers Festival – Saturday, September 28 2-8pm at Fiesta Gardens (2102 Jesse East Segovia Street, Austin TX 78702)

Whether you’re a craft beer connoisseur or just a fan of day drinking, the Texas Craft Brewers Festival should be on the must-do list for the weekend. With 130+ craft beers on tap, beer-friendly bites, and live music, the Craft Beer Fest may just be the perfect way to spend a Saturday. In addition to special releases and tastings from some of the biggest names in craft beer, local favorites such as Lucky J’s, Salt & Time, Boomerang Pies, Uncle Billy’s and more will be on hand to keep bellies full with more than just hops and grains. Tickets to the Festival, taking place at Fiesta Gardens, are $20/per person for general admission ($46 w/Guild Membership). Gates open at 2pm for General Admission (11:30am VIP). 4th Annual Get Sauced! BBQ Sauce Contest 3-6pm at Hops & Grains Brewery, 507 Calles Street, Austin, TX 78702

After throwing back some brews, make your way to Hops & Grains Brewery for the 4th Annual Get Sauced! BBQ sauce contest hosted by Man Up Texas BBQ and Taste of the South. In addition to samples (w/wristband) from the likes of Louie Mueller, Black’s, Freedman’s, and more, there will be live music and cold beers throughout the event. Wristbands, priced at $8/GA or $25/VIP, are available here.
