This year more than any other year it seemed Austin’s food scene was a major component to SXSW, with trailer scavenger hunts, food competitions, and the increase use of restaurants as venues. How has this trailer never been discovered and have lines around the block! The falafel was spicy, flavorful and maybe my favorite ever. While I don’t believe it is legally allowed to eat this much fried batter, this was sinfully delicious. Despite the beer batter crust, the fish inside was still flakey and perfectly cooked.
